With higher sidewalls for cooking down liquids, its sleek modern looks include a stay-cool wooden handle and a large helper handle to make the pan easy to grip and move. Use this great-looking pan on any heat source, except in the oven. Keep it out of the dishwasher to preserve the handle too.
